Terms and conditions for online reservations

The above conditions are valid when booking accommodation through the Blue Label Ltd website - www.bluelabel.bg. In the event that promotional rates are available, additional payment terms and cancellation policies may apply and are an integral part of the specific promotion description. The accommodation rates offered are valid only at the time of your visit to the "Rooms and Apartments" section. They are subject to change and are dependent on occupancy of the base. "Blue Label Ltd reserves the right to refuse a booking received, confirmed and paid for in the event of an unforeseen situation.

Prices

Accommodation rates are subject to change at any time and may be affected by occupancy and demand at different times of the year. All accommodation rates on the booking platform are subject to change without prior notice. The price for your stay is guaranteed after the booking process is completed and confirmation with booking number is received and after prepayment. "Blue Label Ltd reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid booking in the event of any identified abuse. Promotional accommodation rates cannot be combined with other current offers or discounts. Promotions are not valid on group bookings and corporate events. Hourly accommodations are not available.

Booking and payment conditions

Your reservation is deemed confirmed upon payment of the required deposit indicated on the booking form or the relevant promotion within 3 working days of booking, and the remaining amount upon check-in. Exceptions are possible and can be agreed at the time of booking. The reservation can be guaranteed by credit card or prepaid by bank transfer. Bank accounts in BGN and EUR are listed on the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the check-in date. After this period, the first night's rate is due. In case of no-show, the full amount of the advance prepayment will be forfeited.

Accommodation of children and provision of extra beds

"Blue Label Ltd provides a cot and high chair free of charge, but only upon prior request. Apartments are provided on a bed per person basis regardless of age.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in to Blue Label rooms and suites is between 14.00 and 18.00. Any arrival outside this time range will be subject to occupancy and requires prior request and confirmation by Blue Label.

Release time is 12:00. Any room check-out after the standard time is subject to the occupancy of the base. Late check-out after 12:00 must be requested in advance in writing. Confirmation is subject to availability from the hotel. An additional charge will be applied as the specific room is charged at BGN 10 per hour after 12.00. Pets

Pets are allowed only upon prior request and official permission from Blue Label Ltd.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Failure to do so will result in a charge of EUR 100 for additional cleaning and ventilation.

Privacy Policy

"Blue Label Ltd. is a personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and processes the User's personal data to fulfill its obligations in connection with the reservation made by the User. Blue Label Ltd's Privacy Policy governs the type of information collected from Users, how it is collected and the purposes for which it is used. The personal data provided is fully protected and is used for the purpose of marketing analysis and a better understanding of the needs of users and, accordingly, to improve the quality of the service offered. Without users' personal data, the Internet reservation system could not be used to make reservations. "Blue Label Ltd. does not provide the name and email address provided by the user when making the reservation to third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
